Wow what a day,

It was with some surprise and a honor that glitterbugwishes was asked to sponser local lady Miss Hannah Hill who is in the final of the Miss Hull Galaxy competition 2011.

It was our pleasure to accept to sponser a local talent and a beautiful young lady in this competition and we wish her every success on the night.

Not only will Glitterbugwishes will be there sponsering and supporting hannah on the night, Hannah will be wearing some of glitterbugwishes jewellery on the night, We will also have a stand where you will be able to look and pick up some of our jewellery and find out more about us.

We look forward to seeing you there...sunday the 21st august 2011 from 6-30pm onwards at the willerby manor hotel hull.

Mens Jewelry

Woo Hoo!!

Yesterday I put sneak peaks of my mens jewelry on facebook and folksy and today sees me launch my first collection of mens necklaces on my website.

These can also be worn by women and are ideal if you like urban, gothic jewelry.

I have plans for some steampunk cufflinks within the next few weeks but am awaiting the components to arrive with baited breath to say i am excited to dip my toes into the steampunk world is an understatement.

Brand new jewelry kits

Well here at Glitterbugwishes hq we are excited to launch our very first childrens jewelry kits.

These will be designed for the ages of 5 upwards and will feature, bracelets, bangles and necklaces for girls.

I am still searching for the perfect kits for the young men.

The kits I have in the prouduct range at the moment are bangles with glass pearls beads etc and flower charms in various colourways, and bangles with glass pearls beads etc and glittered feature beads in hearts, starz and flowers in various colours.

I do hope you like the new kits.

Good morning,

Well today sees me searching far and wide for vintage pieces, I have a new jewelry collection in mind all with added vintage dazzle, so if your a lover of all things sparkle,glamour and vintage keep an eye out for my new collection.

Hi and welcome to the glitterbugwishes handcrafted jewelry blog,

A little about glitterbugwishes I really enjoy designing and making beautiful handcrafted crystal jewelry & accessories, My adventure started when I designed a jewelry set for myself for a ball I was going to after searching the highstreet and not finding anything suitable, I then went on to design for family and friends who encouraged me to open an online jewelry boutique.

I established Glitterbugwishes jewelry, in febuary 2010, designing and making handcrafted crystal prom jewelry,bridal jewelry,wedding jewelry and jewelry for you to wear everyday. The Glitterbugwishes website was a lot different in look and feel to the website you see today, I do hope you like and enjoy using the new look website, I would love to know what you think.

For 2011 Glitterbugwishes has some exciting ideas and plans in the pipeline, we have some wedding, fashon and craft events coming up throughout the year in various locations in the East Riding area, we would love to see you so do pop along and say hello, please check the calender page for upcoming events.

We will also be designing new handcrafted jewelry collections to include mens jewelry, vintage style jewelry and a red carpet jewelry collection.
