Can I come and visit Glitterbugwishes.
Yes you can, Glitterbugwishes is in the beautiful market town of Beverley, East Yorkshire, Please use our contact page if you would like an appointment to discuss a bespoke order or to view our jewellery collections.
No, We add new products straight to the website so please do visit regulary, Or why not sign up to our newsletter and we will keep you updated on new products by email.
All of the items you see on our website are available to buy online, Simply click on the item you wish to buy, enter the right quantity in the box and click add to basket, You can then go back and add additional items to your shopping basket or proceed to checkout.
Please note that in order to complete your order, you will need your credit,debit card handy including the billing address for your payment card.
Glitterbugwishes website uses paypal for all payments.
Can I place an order by phone?
No, Glitterbugwishes is an internet boutique only, However please feel free to contact us by email if you have any futher queries or require any assistance with placing your order, Please visit the contact us page for futher details.
Do you accept orders from abroad?
Yes we do,Payment for orders can only be made in pounds sterling (£)
Glitterbugwishes uses paypal for all payments made by card, you dont need to be registered with paypal to use a card for payment.
Please refer to our delivery page for futher information on the applicable delivery charges.
What if my order is late or lost in the post?
If you experience a problem with delivery of your order please contact us and we will do our best to help you trace it, In the event of a non-delivery, we can only replace or refund after 20 working days when royal mail will confirm that the parcel is lost.
We cannot be responsible for late or lost delivery.

Do you offer a besopke design service?
Yes, Glitterbugwishes offers a full design service,If you would like to talk to us regarding your jewellery requirements please contact us for a no obligation quote, We really would love to help.
Please note: that bespoke items/customised items require a non-refundable 50% deposit and are non-refundable as they have been handcrafted to your requirements and are not re-saleable.
Each and every order from Glitterbugwishes, no matter how small comes in either a hot pink gift box with matching tissue paper or an organza gift bag with the contents protected by matching tissue paper.
If you are buying more than one item and would like each item to be seperately gifted wrapped and gift boxed then please see our gift box pages to purchase extra gift boxes.
If you do not purchase any additional gift boxes then all of the items in your order will be dispatched beautifully gift wrapped in one gift box.
Please note: All tiaras will come in their own gift box ; So if you order 1 or more tiaras then the delivery charges will apply for each tiara sent.

Why is an item still shown on the website if it is sold out?
We do apologise if an item you would like is sold out, our stock availability is automatically refreshed on the website.
But as Glitterbugwishes products are one of a kind items,I do not repeat items unless requested to do so for an order,and are also available on etsy, folksy and various other outlets sometimes an item may sell out before we get the chance to refresh the website.
In the event that a number of customers place an order for the same item at the same time, we will contact you via email if this should happen.
We accept paypal payments, which accepts most credit/debit card payments.
If you are ordering a bespoke or customised design please note these orders will require a non refundable 50% deposit.
Do I have to pay import charges?
Any customs or import charges must be paid by the recipient, We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, Customs policies vary from country to country, You may want to contact your local customs office for futher information.
Glitterbugwishes will not be held liable for any import charges whatsoever.
Under the united kingdoms distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order and you are entitled to a full refund ( excluding delivery charge) This does apply to items that cannot be returned such as bespoke/customised items or earrings due to hygiene regulations.

Once you have cancelled your order, The goods should be returned to the above address, In their original unworn condition, and in their original gift packaging within 7 days or feceipt.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, For your own protection we require that you return all goods to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Please note: That you will have to meet the postal costs yourself when returning goods to us for any reason other than faulty goods.
Please note: We do not refund the cost of your original delivery charges.
What do I do if I have a complaint?
If for any reason you have a complaint about the Glitterbugwishes website please do not hesitate to contact us via any of the methods described on our contacts page, We approach all criticism and complaints with the highest regard and it our policy to address all complaints within five working days.
I have recieved a gift and I want to return it,What shall I do ?
Unfortunately we are only able to process returns and refunds when dealing with the original purchaser.
Please refer to our returns & refunds policy page for futher information.
We really hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations, you may return or exchange your jewellery within 7 days of receipt.
Providing the items you wish to return are unworn and in a resalable condition with their original gift packaging,We will issue a full refund or an exchange within 28 days of receipt, With uk orders the first exchange will be sent free of charge but further exchanges will have standard delivery charges applied, International exchanges will be charged standard delivery.
Please note: we do not refund delivery charges or the cost of returns postage except where the return is the result of our own error.
Bespoke items/customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
We are unable to accept return of earrings due to health & hygiene regulations.
We are only able to process returns and refunds when dealing with the original purchaser of the goods.

Do prices include vat & other sales tax?
All prices quoted on the Glitterbugwishes website are in pounds sterling (£) and include the uk sales tax (vat) if applicable.
Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by customs and excise delays, Glitterbugwishes will not be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.
