All glitterbugwishes products can be handcrafted to your requirements, I only use the highest quality components,including freshwater pearls,gemstones,swarvoski crystal and quality gold and silver plated wires and bases.
if you require sterling silver or any other metal of your choice this is possible but will be the subject to an additional charge and availability of materials.
Bead and gem colours are given as an indication of the colours available,I am able to offer a colour matching service if you would like to send a fabric sample,contact me for further assistance if you need it.
As photography can make items appear larger/smaller,please take this into consideration before placing an order,therefore I aim to give approx measurements whenever possible.
if your chosen colour of pearl,gemstone,crystal etc,becomes unavailable or discontinued by the supplier I will contact you in the first instance to discuss alternatives.
I do understand how difficult it can be to buy without trying on an item,so therefore I can offer you the chance to try samples before buying the real thing,tiaras and jewellery sent to try as samples must be paid for in full, the sample of your choice will then be sent,please return all samples within 7 days for a refund,refunds will not be given after the 7 day period.
if you then decide to purchase a tiara or piece of jewellery you will be sent a new handcrafted piece to your requirements.
if you decide agaisnt buying you will be refunded your money less the initial postage costs...please email me if you would like to request a sample otherwise orders made to your requirements will not be given a refund if you change your mind.
2) Ordering
Your order may be placed online,via the telephone,or by consultation appointment.
please ensure that you contact me with colour choices or details of special requirements,please ensure when placing an order for a tiara or piece of jewellery that it is exactly right for you as once your order is recieved I am unable to accept cancellations.
I am happy to provide further information,or advice with your choice of jewellery/head-piece....please contact me and I will be happy to help.
3)Timescale
I aim to complete any order within 3-4 weeks,dependant on workload and components being in stock,most orders are completed quicker than that and I have completed past commissions within 24 hours, so if you require a piece of jewellery/tiara/head-piece,please contact me and I will make every effort to help,but I reserve the right to make an additional charge if I dont have the components in stock to complete you rush order,and therefore have to order components and pay for priorty shipping.
4)Packaging
All of glitterbugwishes products are packaged in hot pink gift boxes,either with black padded insertsfor earrings,necklaces,bracelets,or pink gem encrusted tissue paper for larger items of jewellery,tiaras/headdresses.
All gift boxes have matching pink ribbons.
Appropriate protective packaging will be used for mailing purposes.
5)Payment
Payment in full is required at the time of placing your order,if you wish to pay by cheque please be aware that items ordered wont be dispatched until the funds have cleared,normally 4 working days.

6)Postage and packaging charges
Uk p&p is £5 by special delivery( insured )for all orders.
Eire & Europe £10.00 ( sent by royal mail air sure )
International ( exc Eire & Europe ) £12.00 ( sent by royal mail air sure )
ALL ORDERS NEED TO BE SIGNED FOR!!
if no one is at home to sign for your package it will be taken to the nearest royal mail depot and a card will be posted through your door,you then have 7 days to collect your package before it is returned to me.
Should this occur you will be contacted and asked to pay for the delivery again.I will always contact you to let you know that ive posted your package.
I accept no responsibility for any delay in delivery once ive posted it.
I accept no responsibility for any import taxes or charges applicable to your order,please note you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined,I will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
7) Refunds
At glitterbugwishes I want you to have your perfect piece of jewellery,therefore if you change your mimd about your purchase from my ready to wear range,I will offer a full refund or exchange to the same value, if you have one of my ready to wear ranges customised in any way I will not be able to offer a refund.
( customised means....where any of the colours of pearls,crystals, base metals etc are changed ).
if you order a handcrafted piece custom made to your requirements I am unable to offer a refund,this is compliant with the consumer protection act 2000 (distance selling ) which clearly states that a made to order item is non refundable.
I am unable to accept the return of earrings due to health and hygene regulations.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty or damaged upon recipt you must contact me within 48 hours to arrange to return the item and get a refund or exchange the item for another product of the same value.
The item should be returned to me within 7 days of the initail date you recieved it,items must be returned in the original packaging and should be sent by special delivery.
PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTAGE FOR RETURNS OF ITEMS IS NON -REFUNDABLE !!
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU RETAIN YOUR PROOF OF POSTAGE.I cannot accept any liability for damage incured to the returned item whilst in transit or the loss of returned items.
